  • Once successfully, logged in. On the right-hand top corner, you see “Start A Business” Click on it. As shown in the below image.
  • Now click on “New Business Name” and click Next as shown in the below picture.
  • Now, search for the desired Main Activity. Make sure that you select the “Foreign Ownership” activity. Here example we will select “Web Design
  • When you select the Main Activity, there is an option to add additional activities as optional. As shown in the below picture
  • Now confirm your details as “License Partners” and click Next
  • Now, Select your Legal Type. Select “Sole Establishment” for E-Trader License and hit Next.
  • From License Type, select DED Trader and click Next.
  • Review the data and confirm the License Profile and then click Next as shown in the below picture
  • Similarly, review and confirm the Partner Details by clicking “Add Details” and then hit Next.
  • Add Ultimate Beneficiary Owners and click Next as shown in the below picture.
  • Appoint Representative – Check the declaration box and proceed to Next as shown in the below picture
  • Now, your all details have been submitted for Initial Approval. It usually takes 15min-20min to get approved. Don’t worry it indicates it takes 72 hours but it should be updated in a few minutes as shown in the below picture.
  • After approval, click “Continue” beside your application and start registering your Business Name as shown in the below picture.
  • After selecting your Business Name, pay the fees of AED 1,090 to issue the DED E-Trader License. Once fees are paid you can download the DED E-Trader Licence instantly. As shown in the below picture.
